Description:Felma Consult Ltd undertook structural designs, geotechnical investigations, design approvals and construction supervision of residential development in Eldoret. The soil structure consisted of red coffee soils to a depth of 1200mm and hard murram below. The scope of works included sewerage design, water and parking areas within the development.
